Australia’s official travel website, Australia.com, has a whole new look and it’s better for tourists.

The new site provides information on thousands of hotels, tours and experiences within Australia.



Taiwan Hotel Prices Up, Occupancy Down

According to the Directorate General of the Budget, Accounting and Statistics, prices for a night’s stay at a Taiwan hotel rose by about $4 this year when compared to last year.

Unfortunately, the occupancy rate is suffering. In a bit of irony, the occupancy rate is down 4 percent, which is almost the exact increase of the rates this year.

Expedia is about to get a welcomed upgrade. JetBlue is about to embrace the Internet by committing to a long-term deal with Expedia.

JetBlue flights will now be listed on Expedia. According to the companies, this initial deal is for five years.
